  Intellectual Disability Gene Database

Welcome to the ID Gene Database website. The ID gene database is designed to provide integrated information on known and candidate ID genes, and their protein features, protein interactions and associated pathways. The goal is to aid both basic science and clinical researchers in new ID gene knowledge discovery and to facilitate hypothesis generation in the molecular basis of ID.

The GeneQuest tool allows you to retrieve information on gene name, accession number, genome location, neighboring genes, function and associated diseases.

The ID Gene Database is developed and maintained by Dr. Katheleen Gardiner's Lab, in the Department of Pediatrics (UCD Pediatric Research) and the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center at the University of Colorado Denver (UCD).
